We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the courier company you choose.
If the goods were damaged or delivered incorrectly due to our error, the consumer is not obligated to bear the shipping costs.
Conditions for a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@townssilk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
Defective or damaged items
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific product, please contact us.
Gift cards and sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards or items purchased on sale.
Refund
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
